Sunday School

The Milton United Methodist Church welcomes you and your children to Sunday School. We have a wonderful staff eager to guide your child(ren) to learning about the Bible and God.

Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray. —  Proverbs 22:6

Sunday School is an essential part in the life of Christians. Our purpose is to discuss the Bible through Bible stories and the power of prayer as it relates to our daily lives. The curriculum we use for grades Pre-K through 2nd grade is  Cokebury’s Grow, Proclaim and Serve  which incorporates Bible stories, activities, crafts, media, and games into a full faith experience for children and helps them develop the necessary skills to unlock Bible messages that will grow their faith by leaps and bounds!

Grades 3 through 12 will use a new curriculum from Cokesbury called  Wesley  which brings the Bible to Life for students. They will connect, study, interact and apply God’s Word to their everyday lives.

5-Finger Prayer

The  5-Finger Prayer  is a simple, yet effective, way to pray.
